Daily Dealings - Company
The Directors Deals Daily Dealings is the total round-up of all transactions that have taken place in a region or market. They are attached to the Daily Bulletin and will generally be recieved on a daily basis at the close of the London market.
The report displays all the basic transaction information as well as links to the Directors Deals website, where more information on a company can be found.
Director/Entity
As well as transaction and company information, the report also has details on directors, including job title and executive status. We also display the director's score against the trade, this is Directors Deals proprietary ranking data based on a directors historic trading performance.

Transaction Details
The report is available in two formats, HTML and PDF. The HTML version contains mouse-overs in places to display more information, whereas the PDF version is formatted for printing. The report contains all the basic transaction information to describe transactions, sub-headed by transaction.
It also includes Directors Deals Transaction Significance index (TSI) which is our proprietary index of trade significance. More information on this can be found by contacting us, or logging on to our members site.
Post-trade holding
One of the details that makes a trade significant, is the post-trade holding. This is often what distinguishes Directors Deals from other data providers, and can add hugely valuable context to a transaction.
In our Daily Dealings report we supply the director's holding after the transaction where available, with the percentage of the shares on issue and the percentage change the transaction has made.
