Can I send friends copies of Directors Deals products? open

Under our standard licence terms redistribution of Directors Deals products, such as emailing copies to friends, is not permitted.

However, if there are a number of friends or colleagues who would like access to the data, we can negotiate the licence terms accordingly. Please email us for details of our group subscriptions.

Where does the data come from? open

Directors Deals collects the data on director transactions from various regulators and stock exchange update services throughout the working day.

We strip out the salient content, verify its accuracy and then manually add any explanatory information if necessary. The information is then added to our database.

Missing or apparently incorrect information is often checked with the source to ensure accuracy. In some cases missing data is derived from data we already hold on our database such as Holdings or the Value of transactions.
