Company Snapshots
Directors Deals Company Snapshots look in-depth at companies where significant trades have been made. They give an overview of the company including basic fundamentals, history of trading, an overview of the board and a detailed chart displaying close periods and trading history. These added details add contextual information to transactions, and help give a better understanding of the position of the director(s).
We only create snapshots where there have been significant trades, which we base on value, holding change % and the transaction type. This helps to screen out less important transactions such as dividend re-investments, and highlights those trades that are noteworthy.
Share Performance
The graph shows close periods when directors cannot trade, performance of the stock rebased to sector and market prices. It also graphically displays the significant trading history of the directors.
Board and Holdings
See the full board list with holdings (where known). We also display the value of the holding, percentage of the shares in issue as well as any holdings in secondary securities. We give a proprietary score for the director, which is based on previous performance, with links to our website where a detailed breakdown of this can be found for each Director.
Fundamentals
We include basic fundamental and dividend data to add context to our reports. We display next and last report dates which form the basis of trading close periods. Information on dividends paid and ex-div dates are supplied for up to the previous four years.
Transaction History
Brief details about the previous transaction carried out by the director(s) trading, as well as details of trades by other board members. This links in with the display of transactions on the price chart.
