The Directors Deals website has been designed to give investors the full picture of directors deals. It attempts to collate and display data in a sensible and user friendly manner, removing the tedious and over designed functionality of some websites. The key features of the website, are the Todays Trades and Trade Search, these display transactions for varying criteria, with the ability to save searches and export searches to varoius media types. Every company and person has a page designed to show key information, trading history, board list, holdings etc. The website also includes features for private investors who wish to be able to access directors deals, but don't have large budgets. Some of the features are discussed further below.
Portfolio
Save up to three portfolios with the Gold login, this easy to maintain and update portfolio allows searches to be carried out on a specific set of companies. You can also sign up to updates for these companies. By creating a saved search for a portfolio you can quickly keep up-to-date with any recent trades, as well as look at the full history for that portflio.
Saved Searches
Saved searches allow users to set certain criteria in our filtered search, this can then be saved for use at another time. Up to five searches can be saved, based on a specific or rolling date criteria, by sector, transaction type, exec status and so on. These can then be exported to a compact or extended version to csv, xls or ttx. The searches are available through the main menu, so there is no longer a slow or complex loading. Seraches can be easily adjusted through our new integrated process.
Pay As You Go
Now everyone can access directors deals data. The pay as you go site is designed to give private investors access to download snapshots of companies that have traded, without having to pay for a full licence. Access is free, and snapshots are purchased using our credit system in conjunction with Paypal, to provide a fast and secure payment method. The Pay as yoy go site doesn't give users access to company profiles, todays trades, portfolio, saved search, resources or director page, but our sales team are always happy to discuss these things further.
Person Details
Access a wealth of information concerning the director of your choosing. Personal details including biography, age and full name are backed up by information on directorships and transactions. Quickly filter a director's transactions based on the directorship you are interested in, or visit our person filter page to target your data more accurately. Our comprehensive data on score and value of holdings are also displayed in an easy-to-read format.
