The Directors Deals website has been designed to give investors the full picture of directors deals. We collate and display data in a sensible and user-friendly manner, removing the tedious and over designed functionality of some websites. The key features of the website are the Trade Search, Portfolios, Saved Searches and Company and Director portfolios.
These pages display transactions for varying criteria, with the ability to save searches and export searches to various media types.
Every company and person has a page designed to show key information, trading history, board list, holdings and more. Our website also offers memberships for private investors who wish to be able to access directors deals, but don't have large budgets.
Custom Portfolios
Our easy to maintain and update portfolios allow searches to be carried out on a specific set of companies. You can also sign up to receive intra-day or end-of-day email alerts on your portfolios.
By creating a saved search for a portfolio you can quickly keep up-to-date with any recent trades, as well as look at the full history for that portfolio.
Saved Searches
Saved searches allow users to set certain criteria in our filtered search, this can then be saved for use at a later date. Up to five searches can be saved, based on a specific or rolling date criteria, by sector, transaction type, exec status and so on. These can then be exported to a compact or extended version to csv, xls or ttx. The searches are available through the main menu, so there is no longer a slow or complex loading process. Searches can be easily adjusted through our new integrated process.
Private Investors
Now everyone can access directors deals data. Our private investor site is designed to give private investors access to the wealth of director transactional data we have on offer, without having to pay for a full licence.
Our three account types offer varying levels of service, and premium features are delivered through a fast and secure payment method. The private investor site doesn't give users access to all of our data, but our sales team are always happy to discuss these features further should you require quant data or extra markets.
Director Details
Access a wealth of information concerning the director of your choosing.
Personal details including biography, age and full name are backed up by information on directorships and transactions.
Quickly filter a director's transactions based on the directorship you are interested in, or visit our person filter page to target your data more accurately. Our comprehensive data on score and value of holdings are also displayed in an easy-to-read format.
